SNR Biddable Media Specialist

Role Objective:

As a Senior Biddable Media Specialist, you will play a critical role in the implementation and execution of high-impact digital advertising campaigns on our advanced platforms (Smadex and Criteo). Working closely with internal Sales teams and high-spending external clients, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from planning and strategic media buying to in-depth performance analysis and reporting, ultimately driving client success and growth.

Smadex is our Mobile Growth Platform that powers performance, direct response, and brand advertising campaigns across in-app, mobile web, audio, and CTV. With transparency and contextual targeting at its core, customers can rely on Smadex as a trusted partner to run privacy-centric advertising campaigns with optimised creative strategies to deliver performance.

 

Criteo is the global commerce media company that enables marketers and media owners to deliver richer consumer experiences and drive better commerce outcomes through its industry leading Commerce Media Platform. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across the group over several brands. You will work closely with stakeholders both internally (Sales Team) and externally (some of our highest spending core clients) to see campaigns through from planning stages, to post-campaign reporting and analysis of performance.

Therefore your role would be across all platforms as the: 

  • Senior Biddable Media Specialist, you will be in charge of the media-buying activity on high-tech digital platforms for various clients, such as mobile app developers and mobile agencies, monitoring the performance according to client KPIs and responding to requests from clients, Client Growth and the Sales department. 

  • As a Senior Biddable Media Specialist, you will be in a client-facing role responsible for ensuring the best possible service delivery of campaigns and working closely with agencies and brands to strategize and address their needs and resolve client requests daily.

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the activity within the agency dashboard and use your technical knowledge and platform experience to monitor campaign performance according to clients' KPIs.

  • Provide support to clients based on industry best practices for media buying.

Smadex: 

  • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.

  • Support agencies to facilitate the smooth implementation of advertising campaigns.

  • Provide training and onboarding support of new clients onto the Smadex technology.

  • Assist with strategies to grow client media spending on the platform, identify needs, and measure progress.

  • Proactively led product update discussions, educated brands and agencies on new and existing products, and advised on best practices to drive optimal performance and ground-breaking campaigns.

  • Oversee campaign delivery, funding sources, revenue, and identifying up-sell opportunities with the sales team.

  • Manage campaign bookings, from order generation to implementation.

  • Work on the Smadex platform and become proficient at branding and performance campaigns.

  • Assist clients with creative thinking and executing advertising solutions.

  • Proficient in campaign management, setting up, and optimisation. 

  • Analyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and, at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offering.

  • Provide regular reports to Client in the agreed format, with data driven insights and recommendations. As well as an in-depth post campaign analysis (PCA) at the end of each campaign, as agreed.

  • Manage and monitor campaigns for Key Clients (Mobile Apps) regularly, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our CPI and CPA campaigns.

  • Test and filter out the best sources to work for a successful media buying experience while reaching the client’s KPIs.

  • Detect growth opportunities and arbitrage to improve performance for each client and across portfolios.

  • Provide regular reports to Managers regarding performance, compliance, and growth suggestions.

Criteo:

  • Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring successful implementation from planning to post-campaign analysis.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the Criteo Commerce Media Platform and contribute to the growth of accounts through strategic recommendations.

  • Lead on first-level client response for reporting, optimisations, and custom recommendations for high-spending accounts in collaboration with the Sales team.

  • Provide operational and efficient campaign delivery insights, monitoring performance through 3rd-party attribution tools, and identifying opportunities for optimisations.

  • Take ownership of inventory management, technical campaign execution, and budget allocation to meet and exceed client objectives.

  • Participate in client meetings, weekly calls, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), offering insights and proactive suggestions to enhance campaign performance and revenue generation.

  • Attend trainings to expand skills and knowledge on new platform features and industry trends.

  • Lead execution on new campaign launches, proactively evaluating and troubleshooting any issues and ensuring smooth delivery.

Performance Indicators:

  • Accomplish the client's expectations related to the campaign performance.

  • Maintain team satisfaction and motivation while acting as the Senior Biddable Media Specialist

  • Reach the internal team revenue goals.​​​

Who You Are:

  • Tech savvy – You have a solid technical background and a proven track record of leading complex technical projects, partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Passionate – You have a genuine interest for e-commerce and identify with Criteo Retail Media’s mission.

  • Entrepreneurial – You combine a hands-on attitude with anticipation capabilities, and you know how to lead the way and be creative when in complex and real time situations.

  • Problem-solver – You have a proven problem-solving track record and strong attention to detail.

  • Relationship-builder - You have strong interpersonal skills, and can influence both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Customer-centric – You have strong listening skills, and are willing to understand customers needs, and transform blockers into solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • 3-4+ years of experience as a technical solutions engineer, technical account manager, solutions architect, or in similar roles.

  • 1+ years of client facing technical experience in the online advertising industry.

  • Ability to review and debug code in the following software languages: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, XML.
